We understand that shopping online can be tricky, so we strive to provide detailed descriptions and accurate photos of our products. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us — we’re happy to help with additional information or clarification.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to transit or a defect other than a natural degree of wear and tear on the ropes (keep in mind these are used climbing ropes, so not all are perfect), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
